I've been running my business since 2023, ups and downs like in any other thing in life.
I invested into knowledge, I am usually very logical, rational, solution oriented.
But since I got no backup, no other job nothing else than this business...
I made a big mistake.
I've been running it lately from a point of fear, or survival.
You see, I tried switching my avatar and it did not work, that made my organic sales go very low.
Next thing that hapenned was fear and survival kicked in.
And in these moments, you can't take decision that are beneficial for yourself.
So in these moment I completly forgot all my knowledge.
I started going into circles, asking myself why the hell are sales so low.
Trying to find a solution to the problem... nothing.
And today, I helped a friend move from one flat to another, and while doing that i managed to step back.
Don't ask me why or how did I do it.
When sales go low, first thing to check is traffic, how many people landed on that page and what is the conversion rate.
Simple as that, right?
So I went to my products and saw, in the last month, only 80 people landed on my page where people could checkout and buy a product.
Conversion rate 5%.
So the conversion rate is good, the only problem is I did not send enough traffic.
Problem solved.
Then I looked at the content that I posted about the specific product, 1-3 pieces of content.
So again very low traffic generate towards the products, everything makes sense.
I recorded some videos some months ago on these steps, and I packed it as a product.
Until this month, that was a product of mine that was 30$. Value wise, I could've asked easily 140$ because it it fucking packed with alot of value on how to launch a digital product how to create the content, what format and so on.
Maybe I got nuts in the meantime but I released it to the public for free.
